LAFEX Employee App Privacy Policy

Who controls your data?

Your organization provisions your employee account and assigns operational procedures. It controls its workforce operating data, while LAFEX processes that data to provide the service to the organization.

Data we process

• Account and work data: name, phone number, account identifier, branch, and team.
• Security data: a random installation identifier and derived device fingerprint used to protect sign-in. We do not collect advertising IDs, serial numbers, or location.
• Work content: procedure proof photos or videos and the associated procedure context.
• Operational results: completion status, automated evaluation results, and proof-related feedback.
• Limited diagnostics: crashes, performance, and product interaction needed for reliability, with sensitive information removed.

How we use data

• Authenticate employees and protect trusted devices.
• Show assigned procedures and document their completion.
• Perform automated evaluation and show results to the employee and organization.
• Provide operational tracking and reports and resolve reliability issues.

Camera, microphone, and biometrics

The app accesses the camera only when you document a procedure. The microphone is used only when you choose to record a video. The app does not request access to your photo library, location, or contacts. Face or fingerprint matching is performed by the device operating system; LAFEX never receives biometric data.

Service providers

We use hosting, media storage, messaging, diagnostics, and automated evaluation services to operate the product, including Render, Cloudinary, msegat, Sentry, and OpenAI. We share only what each function requires. We do not sell data, use advertising, or track people across apps.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained for the employee's relationship with the organization and as required by legal or contractual obligations. The organization retains operational history, proof media, and results for operations and audit until deleted under its approved policy or a valid rights request. A limited record may be retained where legally required, with its use restricted. Employee proofs are not used to train public or external models.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where applicable. Start with the business owner who provisioned your account, or use the support page below if that is not possible. Signing out removes the app session, and changing the account from the sign-in screen removes the remembered account data from the device.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, session credentials are held in operating-system protected storage, and sensitive operations are protected by authorization, rate limits, and audit records. Service secrets and internal technical details are never displayed in the app.

Children and tracking

The app is intended for employees aged 18 or older. It contains no advertising, advertising trackers, or data broker sharing.

Changes

We update this page when processing practices change. The current revision date appears at the top.
